Halfway through another week already?!

Wow!  It's Wednesday already and we are halfway through another week here!  I'm going to try and go to a little different format from now on--somedays I don't have much to write about and others I have a lot.  I will try to post at least two times a week and make it more of a general summary.  If we go on a weekend trip though I will try my best to update quickly with pictures :) 

Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday

So this week has been a "taking care of business" week if you will between Cam going to work and me keeping up with the chores around here.  The last few nights we have stayed busy by going to the grocery store and Facetiming with family back home.  Today (Wednesday) I did my first long solo trek through the shopping part of Toulouse.  I have been staying pretty close to the hotel the last week or so but today I ventured out a ways!  I was gone for a little over an hour and I had a blast getting out of the room!  It was beautiful outside and it was fun to walk through the shops and hear people talking.  Now I had no idea what they were saying, but it was fun to just listen :)  Tonight's agenda is dinner, working out, and opening a package we received today!  Melinda sent us a care package that we have been tracking and I got the phone call at 8:30 am this morning that it was here and I needed to come sign for it!  :)  I have been very good and haven't opened it yet so I could wait for Cam to get home.  And that's been hard!  But it is giving him something to look forward too as well today! 

The plans for the rest of the week are to continue exploring throughout the day and keeping up with laundry and chores for me.  Cam has to work this week--his normal schedule.  He didn't get Monday off for Labor Day, but he gets to take a day whenever he wants so that works out.  We are running out of weather to go to the beach before it gets too cold so I think we are going to try and go to the beach this weekend.  We won't leave until Saturday most likely and then we are thinking about staying through Sunday.  We wish we could have some of the weather from back home though--100 degrees would be perfect for the beach!  I think we are going to have a high of 79 degrees which means we won't be swimming much but we will at least put our feet in the water!  

That catches us up to the present time which is 3:05 pm here.  I think I will go grab a snack and put some laundry away before Cam gets home. We hope you all are having a super week!
